**Job Description - Office Coordinator (Part-Time)**

The Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our paralegal firm, including carrying out administrative services, and providing support to the team.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an office coordinator or administrative role required.
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Overview:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of office files; establish new electronic files.
- Set calendar follow ups.
- Upload documents to the WSIB site.
- Upload documents to OneDrive.
- Obtain updated Directions of Authorization from clients.
- Charge out files to subcontractors.
- Perform conflict checking and obtain estimated hours for appeals.
- Separate access into sections.
- Follow up with subcontractors for status of submission.
- Receive submission, place in our templates.
- Complete planned and ad hoc internal reports.
- Tracking Financials and registrants for training company.
