**Goldstone HAVCR Inc. (GSI) **is looking for a full-time Sales Assistant who will be responsible for processing quote & price, answering inquiries, etc.

GSI is the master distributor of HVAC & R products to the industry, we are one of the fast-growing companies in Canada.

**Skills and qualifications**
- At least two years of general office and administrative experience
- Math skills and understanding of costing
- Clear communication and active listening
- People oriented and experienced in rapport building
- Excellent time management
- Organizational skills to assist multiple tasks at the same time
- Detail oriented
- Adaptability and flexibility to adjust priorities for whatever task is most important at any given time
- Language: Fluent in English (Mandarin preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Create and maintain cost database by entering and backing up data.
- Product cost analysis and pricing strategies
- Monitor and report to management team, abnormal cost changes. Including but not limited to dollar exchange rate, other big events that affect commodity price changes, etc.
- Provide landed cost and provide quotations for Sales Teams
- Track and maintain consignment inventory and communicate with customers/vendors.
- Lock Copper price with the suppliers
- Ensure all copper orders are locked before deadlines
- Support logistic team when needs.
- Other jobs assigned by the manager.
