Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting our Sales Team through various administrative tasks and responsibilities.
  • Overseeing MSA (Master Services Agreement) database through tracking and organization of data.
  • Estimate initiation and set up using tracking software (Excel and Business Central)
  • Estimate tracking and record keeping.
  • Work with Sales Team to ensure client tracking lists and job statuses are up to date.
  • Client contact for the purposes of obtaining project specific information and delivery of completed estimates.
  • Generate sales resources and assist with process development and improvement.
  • Work with Microsoft software to manage data and information related to sales team functions.
  • Provide administrative support to the Accounting department and Ownership group.
  • Various Accounts Receivable duties, including, reviewing client contracts, generating, tracking and sending invoices and document control.
  • General filing, photocopying, and scanning, as required.
  • Additional administrative tasks and special projects as required, including phone system management.

Professional Experience / Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years in an office setting preferably in an industrial setting (Drilling, Mining, Construction, Forestry etc)
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Works well under pressure and performs well within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience is considered an asset.
  • Experience working in a project based working environment considered an asset.
  • Experience in an industrial setting, drilling being an asset.

Education:

  • College Diploma or University Degree is considered an asset.
