**Position: Repairs Coordinator**

We have an immediate opportunity for a Repairs Coordinator at our Edmonton Facility. Within your role as a Repairs Coordinator, you will act as the liaison between the customer, sales, vendors, engineering, and production departments, to determine and provide detailed cost summaries and quotations for repair jobs in the service center.

This is an on-site role in a fast-paced office environment, with occasional exposure to the workshop. If you are interested in this challenging opportunity with our company, we would love to hear from you

**How You will Contribute**:

- Review RFQ documentation for accuracy and routing.
- Analyze inspection results and work with Area Superintendent and shop personnel to determine scope of work required for repairs.
- Plan Repairs (Labor Hours, Purchase Requirements, Work Instructions, and total cost)
- Generate Repair Quotes
- Compile work instruction packages (Work Orders, Prints, Procedures, Inspection forms, etc).
- As applicable, prepare and coordinate inbound/ outbound shipping related tasks required for transport of repairs or parts to customer commitments. This includes shipping, import, export documentation as required.
- Support, cooperate with, and participate in company-wide EHS Management System which includes following all safety, health and environmental policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as necessary.

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, sectional drawings, engineered bill of materials.
- Ability to read and understand customer specific requirements on inquiries and purchase orders.
- Experience with engineered products and quality principles a strong asset
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of pump/turbo manufacturing and or repair
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics and SAP preferred.
