**Project Specialist**:

ABB's Distribution Solutions Division provides utility, industrial and commercial customers with safe, smart and sustainable technologies for the distribution of electricity. With ABB AbilityTM enabled digital solutions at its core, our extensive portfolio includes distribution automation products, switching, limiting, measuring and sensing devices, switchgear, modular substation packages, and related services.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Work with transport and logistic contractors to ensure all paperwork and necessary custom clearance are in order for swift transit of the materials from global factories.
- Maintain close coordination with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of equipment/material and on time completion of required services.
- Travel as needed to job site and follow up closely site work progress till final successful completion.
- Coordinate project material and use of shared resources.
- Identify resource constraints and assist with corrective action plans to mitigate any risk or possible issues.
- Manage vendors and subcontractors and maintain positive relationship.
- Anticipate and identify potential risks or issues and work closely with project team to implement mitigation plan for successful resolution.
- Submit reports to the Project Manager on all project documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule, and risk management plans.
- Maintain daily communication with customer on project progress.
- Coordinate with different factories to ensure timely delivery of ordered products.

**Your background**:

- College degree with a minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in electrical industry.
- Previous experience in Data Centers projects and electrical industry is an advantage.
- Living in GTA Ontario and has a driving license.
- Experienced in logistics and project management.
- Fluency in English both orally and in writing.
- Fluency in French is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and willing to travel occasionally within Canada.
