**Job Summary**:
Provide accounting and administrative support to the project and/or Manager and ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, and entering transactions. Duties include client billings, reporting, creating/processing invoices, managing accounts receivable/payable, general clerical and project-based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.

Now, if you were to come on board as a **Finance Operations Coordinator** we’d ask you to do the following for us:

- Process and approve invoices. Distribute invoices to clients and answer any questions that clients may have.
- Oversee and/or prepare client billings, as requested; follow-up on collections as required.
- Confirm paperwork is prepared accurately and timely.
- Process activity in accounts payable, general ledger account analysis and operating statement analysis.
- Preparing period end client billings and statements.
- Handling queries from Operations and Management.
- Other analysis/projects as required.
- Process A/P, NR and inventories in the system.
- Analysis of operating statements.
- Prepare/analyze budgets and forecasts.
- Maintain confidentiality of all company information, including policy and procedures.
- Attend all management and client meetings as required.
- Compile weekly reports, variance reports, and forecasts. Advise Senior Management Team and Operations Team regarding weekly labour, finance, inventory, and forecast for the project.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities are required
- 2+ years accounting, financial analyst, administration, and leadership experience
- Post-secondary education in Accounting: CGA designation preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2000 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Great time management and organizational skills; able to multi-task and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as a member of a team
- Ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks and meet frequent deadlines
- Positive attitude with the willingness to accept flexibility in assignments and the desire to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to excel
