How You'll Make an Impact


The
Sales Coordinator role requires a high level of computer and interpersonal competency as well as consistent self-discipline to manage a wide variety of requests from internal and external departments such as Finance and Operations and maintain various budgets and supporting reports for the field sales team.

The Account Coordinator III is accountable for integrating into a fast-paced environment providing account coordination support and reporting functions with a responsive service-level expectation.

The Account Coordinator III possesses a working knowledge of all VGO Installer Channel procedures and systems and is responsible for prioritizing assigned projects-based expectations and demands.

This role provides general sales support to the department by helping to manage and improve the Valvoline onboarding and customer experience.


  • Support sales team for daytoday business needs and reporting in SAP, SFDC, DASH, and other internal systems, including: accurate and efficient data entry, enrollment and record creation, maintains customer pricing through Off List Pricing, Coop's, accruals, and rebate programs.
  • Supports business needs of strategic/key accounts, WD/DC, jobbers, etc

through timely communications including:
record management and reporting, auditing, rebates, and payouts.

  • Assist in coordination of onboarding and offboarding of strategic accounts. This includes setup and managing customer hierarchies, reviewing records, audits, and customer service. Supportive of functions such as Customer Service, Finance, IT, Operations, etc. such as EDI billing, carrier allowance and charges, account receivables administrative support, and digital tools support, etc.
  • Manage equipment coordination program for all accounts, including: asset control, reporting and auditing, preparing, issuing, and managing equipment purchase orders, assets and records, and invoicing
  • Plans, develops, and implements business level functional and corporate events and meetings. Works closely with manager to develop agendas, coordinates content and executes meetings and assists with communications as required.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion

What You'll Need

  • Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years customer support and/or account coordination experience or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with "do it for me" (DIFM) automotive or heavyduty market experience preferred.
  • Strong track record of customer experience and winning as a team.
  • Working expertise of Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Teams, PPT, Excel.
  • Working expertise of SAP.
  • Authorized to work in Canada.
