We are looking for a Team Lead, Recovery on our Asset Recovery team to help grow our business and contribute to our future.

What you’ll do:

- Troubleshoot, report, and deal with escalated and / or complex customer inquiries including complaints and other issues related to the Recovery services function.
- Supervise team members including managing and assigning workflows, scheduling breaks, vacation and contribute to annual performance reviews.
- Handle complex and unique customer issues and transactions requiring research, analysis and interpretation of policy and legislation with an understanding of the practical implications to systems and delivery processes.
- Informally lead, coach, train and support team members to ensure high quality work and customer service.

Knowledge & Qualifications:

- Expert knowledge of all provincial laws, legal terms, legal entities as it relates to the repossession and liquidation of moveable assets.
- Post-secondary education related to field coupled with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Experience acting in a supervisory capacity would be an asset.
- Demonstrated proficiency in reading comprehension and basic mathematical skills, written and oral communication, excellent telephone etiquette and ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Attention to detail, teamwork, problem solving, decision making, critical thinking, job task planning and organizing, computer use, continuous learning.
- Experience using Windows, General office equipment, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Internet Explorer
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines.
