Reporting to the Program Manager, Patient Support Programs, the Program Facilitator will play a critical role in the PSP by providing administrative support, ensuring quality control of reports, and delivering internal business analytics. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively analyze data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights that enhance program effectiveness.
**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Administrative Support_
- Assist in the coordination and execution of patient support initiatives.
- Maintain and organize program documentation, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Manage communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Quality Control of Reports_
- Review and validate reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with program standards.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes for reporting.
- Provide feedback to team members on report quality and improvement areas.
- Business Analytics_
- Analyze call metrics and other performance data to track program effectiveness.
- Monitor adherence to KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to present findings to management.
- Insights and Recommendations_
- Synthesize data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for program enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes based on analytical findings.
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans aimed at improving patient support services.
- Training and Development_
- Assist in training staff on data management tools and reporting procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by participating in team discussions and workshops. The Program Facilitator will also be assigned other duties and tasks as required from time to time.
**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative support and data analysis, preferably within a healthcare or patient support context.
- Knowledge in public or private reimbursement structure and process an asset
**MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS**
- Strong customer service skills; ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members;
- Strong critical thinking skills in assessing and managing complex situations;
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Works well both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Receptive to feedback and implementing changes based on team input;
- Adaptable to various situations
- Effective organizational skills and attention to detail
- Consistently meets deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to solve issues independently
- Strong proficiency of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Office Programs
