Corporate Administrative Specialist

Regina, Canada MLT AIKINS Full time

MLT Aikins is looking for an administrative specialist to join our corporate services department in the Regina office to fill a 12-month term position. This is a full-time role with hours of work from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Preparing annual maintenance corporate packages and filing annual returns
- Scanning and filing corporate documents
- Maintaining the corporate database
- Assisting with monthly invoicing and reminder statements
- Preparing corporate documents for Saskatchewan and Canada corporate registries
- Preparing and filing documents for partnerships and business names with Saskatchewan and Canada corporate registries
- Conducting corporate searches
- Responding to daily inquiries from counsel and clients and handling day-to-day corporate matters
- Assisting paralegals with corporate transactional work as required

**Qualifications include**:

- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Minimum one year of experience as an administrative assistant
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
