We currently have an opening for a Project Coordinator with comparable experience in market research operations to join the growing team at our Toronto office.

**About the Role**

As a new role, this presents a fantastic opportunity to lead and experience a vast range of research approaches and develop your career at pace within a highly successful team. As the Project Coordinator, you’ll take full ownership of medium to high complexity projects, with responsibility for end-to-end delivery of high-quality research data collection.

More specifically, your role will involve:

- Taking a consultative approach with clients while setting up projects;
- Managing fieldwork progress of multiple concurrent online market research projects;
- Managing project timelines, budgets and costs;
- Attending client meetings as and when required;

**About You**

With exposure to all core functions in a fast-paced, growing business, this role is ideally suited to someone with existing knowledge of the market research industry who is looking to expand their skill set and advance their career. The successful applicant will have:

- 1+ years’ experience in online quantitative market research;
- A self-starter mentality, comfortable with taking full responsibility for research projects;
- Experience with SPSS and Excel is a plus
- Good knowledge of Quant Research, specifically around fieldwork / sampling;
- Strong communication skills - confidence speaking with people at all levels (i.e. internal and external clients, technical and non-technical, junior and senior);
- Ability to prioritize your workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Ability to adapt and remain focused in an evolving, fast paced environment;
- High level of attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
