Support development of Aerzen’s national sales by providing technical support for standard Aerzen products in the Canadian market. Be an internal resource and point of contact for Aerzen internally, for customers, and for representatives.

**Essential Functions Statement(s)**
- Support the sales managers and representatives with review of specifications, equipment selection, pricing, and proposal preparation.
- Present differentiating technologies, products, and support services to existing and new customers.
- Be a resource and point of contact for customers by providing technical knowledge, expertise and documentation regarding Aerzen equipment and systems.
- Support project and account managers with product knowledge to satisfy customer needs.
- Interact professionally with Aerzen sales, project management, engineering, procurement, and customer support personnel regarding specific equipment, customers, and projects.
- Provide the best possible “Customer Value + Aerzen Solution” that is safe, efficient, reliable, and profitable for the client as well as for Aerzen.
- Build long-term customer relationships through management and interpretation of their needs.
- Support the development of sales strategies for new products.
- Develop process improvement initiatives to better support the Canadian market and the Aerzen team.
