Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams to drive performance and exceed targets
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the company's reach
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly
- Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, promotions, and materials to support sales efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Monitor sales metrics, KPIs, and financial performance to assess effectiveness of strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and product development efforts

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in technical sales, business development, technology sales, account management, and outside sales
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, market trends, and customer behavior
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to lead a high-performing team towards achieving ambitious sales targets
- Proficiency in market analysis, strategic planning, and customer service initiatives

Pay: $150,000.00-$220,000.00 per year
