Are you a
highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking for a

player who can prioritize, meet deadlines, and takes the initiative to find
solutions and create administrative efficiencies at RLC Landscaping.

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the **Administrative**
**Assistant **will also support the Operations Management Team. Your duties
will be key to the smooth operation of the business by providing valuable
administrative support, such as maintaining records and filing systems, arranging
meetings, invoicing, collecting payments, and consistently communicating with
clients and staff. Your role is also responsible for editing and formatting
public.

**About the Position**

**Type**: Permanent, full-time

**Days/Hours of Work**: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to
5:00 p.m. with some overtime on evenings and weekends during the winter months
due to snow removal and salting dispatch duties

**Wage**: depending on experience, please add salary/wage

**Location**: In-office at the RLC Group headquarters in
Goldstream Park

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Triage and respond to client and staff requests/queries
- by phone and electronically, providing accurate information in a timely and
- professional manner
- Create, post content to and monitor social media
- channels
- Develop, document and maintain processes and
- procedures, including:

- o
office procedures and routines,

o
filing forms and documents,

o
maintaining safety documents,

o
maintaining recruitment competition files and
documents, and

o
adjusting staff schedules and maintaining the
master calendar.

Organize, format and revise correspondence,
- letters and templates
- Coordinate meetings, document meeting minutes
- and draft meeting summaries
- Operate
- the dispatch software system, which includes:

- o
accurately
invoicing and posting payments,

o
setting
up new clients, and

o
pulling/creating
reports.

Available
- to work after hours and on weekends during the winter months to handle
- dispatching trucks for snow/salting- Job Requirements/Qualifications:

Certificate in office administration or similar
- experience
- Administrative experience: 1-2 years
