As President, you have a passion for leading people and have the drive to push strategic initiatives forward. You will work closely with clients and other stakeholders to deliver the best and most innovative insurance and retirement solutions while providing exceptional client experience. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to drive business growth and build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.

**Why we’ll love you**:
- You have a passion for leading and developing people, and have XX or more years of leadership experience preferably in the insurance or retirement industry
- You are agile You can quickly adapt to changing market conditions and client needs
- A proven track record under your belt of achieving business growth and profitability
- You are an excellent communicator with a knack for connecting well with others
- A Degree in Business or a related field like Finance or Insurance & relevant industry certifications or designations (e.g. Chartered Life Underwriter, Certified Employee Benefit Specialist) preferred.
**Once here, you'll**:
- Create direction & manage a team of professionals by overseeing and setting expectations of their work
- Build trusting relationships with clients and accurately understand their insurance and retirement needs
- Stay connected with various stakeholders including senior leaders, clients, other stakeholders, and partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by expanding client base, identifying market trends, and even developing new products and services to satisfy client and market needs
- Drive organic growth by scoping out and identifying opportunities for mergers and acquisitions
- Be responsible for the financial performance of the division by managing budgets, controlling costs, and achieving revenue and profitability targets
- Lean into technology to streamline processes, improve client experience, and enhance efficiencies operationally
- Stay compliant with regulations and laws and be able to identify any risks associated with insurance claims, investments, and other parts of the business
- Stay up to date and informed about industry trends, competitors and being able to adapt strategies where required
