Business Deposit Specialist | Spécialiste en Dépôts Commerciaux - QC
**What is the opportunity?**
As a Business Deposit Specialist, you will design, structure, present, negotiate and implement custom deposit solutions for complex business financial services clients. You will support the Commercial Account Managers with portfolio review, opportunity spotting, client discovery and proposing solutions. In addition, you will contribute to an exceptional client experience by providing superior business and financial advice.
**What will you do?**
The role has four main focus areas:
- Pre-contact planning, designing, structuring, presentation, negotiation and implementation of client solutions, including pricing within delegated authorities aligned to client complexity.
- Portfolio Review for New Client Acquisition to the product line or additional product solution to existing BFS client; leads identification and proactive contact.
- Documenting of client solutions including detailed updating within client relationship plan and pipeline (Synergy) for contact management and reporting.
- Development of CAM capability related to Deposit and Investment opportunity spotting, client discovery and proposing solutions.
**What do you need to succeed?**
**Must-have**
- 5 years’ experience within the product specialty field, Deposit and Investments ideally as a Commercial Account Manager or Treasury Solutions Specialist.
- Strong client impact, execution excellence and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and technology skills, including financial analysis demonstrating the ability to match client needs with financial solutions.
- Excellent time management with the ability to prioritize multiple and sometimes conflicting demands.
- Proven negotiation skills.
- This position must be fluent in both English and French in order to serve RBC's English and French clients in the various markets.
- Strong oral communication skills and the preparation and presentation of written presentations in both languages.
**Nice-to-have**
- University degree, ideally in commerce, business administration, or related experience.
- Commercial Financial Services experience.

En tant que spécialiste des dépôts d’entreprise, vous allez élaborer, structurer, présenter, négocier et mettre en œuvre des solutions de dépôt personnalisées pour les clients des services financiers à l’entreprise complexes. Vous appuierez les directeurs de comptes commerciaux avec la revue du portefeuille, la recherche d’opportunités, la démarche exploratoire et la proposition de solutions. Le rôle comporte quatre principaux aspects:
- Planification de pré contact, conception, montage, présentation, négociation et mise en œuvre de solutions pour les clients, y compris la tarification dans le cadre des pouvoirs d’approbation confirmés correspondant à la complexité du client.
- Revue du portefeuille pour l’acquisition de nouveaux clients à la gamme de produits ou la solution supplémentaire offerte à un client des SFE existant ; identification des indices et contacts proactifs.
- Documenter les solutions pour la clientèle, y compris la mise à jour détaillée dans le plan de relation client et le pipeline (synergie) pour la gestion des contacts et la production de rapports.
- Développement des capacités des DCC liées à la recherche d’occasions de dépôt et de placement, à la démarche exploratoire et à la proposition de solution
