**Job Description Summary**: Le(La) gestionnaire de l’équipe de chantier HVDC/FACTS supervise l’équipe de chantier.
GE Grid System Integration Services Amérique du Nord aide ses clients avec la maintenance et l’opération de leurs systèmes HVDC et FACTS.
Notre équipe met en service, inspecte, maintient et répare les sous-stations HVDC et FACTS en Amérique du Nord et supporte occasionnellement les autres régions sur demande.
Dans l’équipe de Services nord-américaine, vous reporterez au gestionnaire des services pour les technologies HVDC et FACTS. Dans son équipe, vous superviserez l’équipe de chantier et serez en charge de la bonne exécution des activités chantier. #LI-ML2
**The HVDC/FACTS Field Service Manager will supervise the field service group.
GE Grid System Integration Services North America supports its customers with their HVDC and FACTS system commissioning, maintenance and operation.
Our service commissions, inspects, maintains and repairs HVDC and FACTS solutions in North America and sometimes in other regions.
In GE Grid Services North America, you will report to the HVDC/FACTS Service Manager, you will supervise the field group and be in charge of the field activities.
In your role, you will have to supervise all the field specialists and be the guarantor of the good execution of site activities.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Gérer l’équipe de chantier, le développement des compétences de ses membres
- S’assurer de charger l’équipe de chantier pour atteindre les objectifs de productivité
- Anticiper la croissance du marché et de la demande. Développer des plans de développement des compétences et d’embauche pour suivre la croissance
- Maintenir le calendrier des chantiers à jour:

- Essayer de planifier toutes les demandes
- Assigner les missions en fonction des compétences et des plans de développement de compétences
- Trouver des compromis pour répondre aux besoins des clients tout en offrant aux membres de l’équipe un équilibre personnel
- Filtrer les demandes, évaluer le niveau d’urgence et minimiser l’impact des demandes de dernières minutes pour fournir de la stabilité aux membres de l’équipe
- Être le(la) garant(e) des procédures de chantier
- S’assurer que les missions soient exécutées en suivant les procédures en place
- Améliorer les procédures en fonction des retours d’expérience
- Être le(la) garant(e) d’un bon support 24/7
- Mettre en place une rotation d’astreinte
- S’assurer que les appels d’urgence soient bien traités
- Assigner le traitement des appels au besoin
- Promouvoir l’HSE
- S’assurer que l’équipe de chantier suive le plan de formation santé-sécurité
- S’assurer que les risques soient identifiés en avance et gérés
- S’assurer que l’équipe de chantier soit équipée des bons EPIs pour les risques auxquels elle est exposée
- Revoir et approuver les feuilles de temps, la paie du temps supplémentaire et les rapports de dépenses

**Qualifications requises**
- Diplome universitaire en Génie Électrique ou Méchanique
- Bilingue (Français/Anglais) oral & écrit. (*)
- Minimum 3 ans d’expérience comme gestionnaire d’équipe
- Avoir de l’expérience de chantier (en service, construction ) ou en gestion de chantier
- Avoir l'autorisation légale de travailler au Canada et toute offre d'emploi est conditionnelle à la réussite d'une vérification pré-emploi.

(*) La fonction requiert de communiquer avec des collègues, des fournisseurs et des clients à l’international, le bilinguisme français / anglais est obligatoire.

- Maintain the field activity planning up to date:

- Try to fit all the business requests
- Assign mission to the field specialist based on their skills and development needs
- Find good compromise between business requirements and field specialist life balance
- Filter requests and guarantee stability to the field group
- Be the field process owner
- Guarantee that the field mission are executed as per the processes
