- Canadian Lift Trucks & Machinery Ltd.
With locations in **Leduc, Nisku, and Calgary**, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch products and services across industries.
The other component of this job is to be a supervisor for the warehouse team and be the main point of contact between head office (located in Calgary) and the warehouse. You will be responsible for overseeing operations are running smoothly and safety procedures are being adhered to.
**Duties**:
- Upload and maintain shipment data in our stocking systems: SOS and Quickbooks Premium.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and delivery schedules.
- Assist in budgeting for logistics operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Implement organizational strategies to improve workflow efficiency within the logistics department.
- Coordinate and arrange repairs for our equipment, maintenance, and other necessary office tasks.
- Provide daily/weekly stock reports to management.
- Maintain and organize files, both electronic and physical.
- Oversee the warehouse team and ensure safety standards being met.
- Order any necessary office supplies.
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role is preferred.
- Holds an education in Mechanical Engineering (preferred but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with SOS and QuickBooks Premium is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
- Previous experience in vendor management or clerical duties will be beneficial.
- Proficient in using Word and Excel.
- Possesses strong leadership skills as you will be overseeing the Leduc office and be the direct point of contact for management.

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
