- Temporary, possible future permanent position
- Monday - Thursday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM - 1 hour lunch Friday 8:00AM - 2:30PM - 1/2 hour lunch
- Vacation Entitlement: In accordance with Simson-Maxwell’s “Human Resources Policies & Procedures.” (Vacation time cannot be taken during probationary period.)
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccinations required

**RELATIONSHIPS**

The Branch Administrator of Simson-Maxwell will develop and maintain good business and/or working relationships with the following:

- Internal Customers and Suppliers
- External Customers and Suppliers
- Other Simson-Maxwell Staff

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

The Branch Administrator is to provide front office support and maintain the administrative operations of the branch on a daily basis.
- Phone Coverage for Port Coquitlam location
- Back Up Phone coverage for other branches
- Time Management / Payroll (vacation calendar, attendance calendar, etc.)
- Organize boardroom meetings and arrange catering
- Ensure business licenses are up to date
- Visa Reconciliation
- Expense Coding and Submittal (i.e., Fuel receipts, Visa expenses, etc.)
- Social Committee Event Planning
- Branch Bank Deposit - When Required
- Freight and Brokerage Coding
- Vendor Invoice Coding/Keying
- Data Entry for new start up customers
- Being a point of contact for customers coming into the branch and directing them to the right department
- Order and maintain office supplies

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- High School Diploma, advanced education preferred
- 3 years’ administration experience
