Ottawa Inner City Health is seeking an** Executive Assistant** to join our Administrative Team. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties in support of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and other senior management members.

**Qualifications**:

- Post Secondary Diploma in Business Administration, or relevant discipline, required.
- 2 - 5 years' experience in an administrative or executive assistant role required.
- Previous experience in Health Care and/or not-for-profit is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and practices including procurement, travel arrangements, board and budget management, reports, etc.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) and Adobe Products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well with others and handles direction in a positive manner.
- Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- High level of sound and independent judgment, reasoning, and discretion.
- Politically and culturally sensitive.
- Resourcefulness and flexibility.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Previous experience in handling confidential or sensitive information; knowledge of applicable data privacy laws.
- General finance and accounting skills.
- Meticulous records maintenance skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to obtain a clear Criminal Record Check.
