**Turnaround Administrator**

**Who we are**:
IRISNDT has been serving the oil and gas, petroleum and petrochemical, chemical, power generation, pipeline and potash industries since 1953.

Our Canadian operations currently provide services from Edmonton, Calgary, Cold Lake, Fort McMurray, Lloydminster, Nisku, and Red Deer. Our USA operations provide services from 23 office locations, our United Kingdom operations provide services from 7 office locations, and our Australian operations provide services from 5 locations.

Our growth is primarily due to our combination of experienced management and strong technical skills, combined with a high commitment to customer service.

**About the role**:
IRISNDT is looking for a Turnaround Administrator. This is a temporary, Lloydminster based, position from May 2024 to June 2024. Hotel and daily per diem provided by IRISNDT for non-Lloydminster employees. Potential for extension to future Turnarounds or office position.

**Job Duties**:

- Supporting time reconciliation in our timekeeping and project management software.
- Providing daily updates to our client following their required timelines.
- Creating daily time tickets and communicating with the client to obtain required signatures and billing information.
- Providing additional administrative support, as needed.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Strong written and oral communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A dedication to completing tasks on time and correctly the first time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; other ERP software considered an asset.
- Previous experience as a Turnaround Administrator would be considered an asset.
- Ability to work in a high pressure, tight deadline environment.

**Safety Requirements**:

- H2S Alive and CSTS certification is required; additional safety certifications would be considered an asset.
- Steel-toe boots are required; IRISNDT will provide additional PPE.

**Schedule**:

- Day shift, 12-hour shifts - overtime after 8 hours and on weekends
- 6 days on, 1 day off rotation

**Legal entitlement to work in Canada is mandatory. All potential employees will be required to complete a pre-employment fitness examination and an alcohol and drug screening.**
