This position is a temporary contract that will help support our Turnaround and Outage 2024 season.

- Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner always.
- Support payroll, and timecard collection for 100+ employees.
- Verify Payroll Data Entry.
- Weekly Payroll reconciliations.
- Vouchering invoices for payment.
- Creating Purchase Orders for the Branch.
- Submitting Expense reports for field employees.
- Scanning and entering backup and other required paperwork into the system.
- Support Branch with onboarding for turnaround workforce.
- Cross-train and support other branches with administrative tasks as needed.
- 2+ years year payroll/billing experience required;
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred;
- Strong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Excel required;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required;
- Effective organizational and time management skills required;
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
