**Job Description**:
Our Traction store is seeking an Account Development Specialist. Your responsibilities will be to:

- Visit, on a regular basis, new and existing customers to keep them informed and to establish a good working relationship with the personnel;
- Plan and organize visits to meet existing and potential customers as well as to generate increased sales;
- Be responsible for the sales growth of individual sales territory;
- Resolve problems & complaints;
- Support and advise store management on the products and adequate quantities to keep in inventory;
- Be aware of market conditions and collect strategic information concerning the market and the competition;
- Operating knowledge of all marketing programs.

**Qualifications**:
To join our team, you need:

- 5 years of pertinent sales experience;
- Knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint;
- Knowledge of the Heavy Duty Truck & Trailer Aftermarket is desired;
- Available for regular travel;
- Strong Presentation Skills and Written Communication Skills, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Planning, Organizing and Autonomy
