**Position title: Technical Proposal Officer**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Analyze tenders (RFQ, RFP) for industrial, commercial and institutional projects, including those related to Beltscan systems.
- Review the customer's specific requirements and understand the needs to determine the best response options.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to structure technical and commercial responses in French and English, including writing complete, accurate and detailed proposals for Beltscan and other conveyor monitoring and control systems.
- Prepare the timeline for the qualification/proposal and ensure timelines are met throughout the process.
- Organize and take care of the logistics of orders and deliveries of equipment and spare parts.
- Prepare the Responsibilities Matrix and Compliance List to ensure that all tender requirements are included in the proposed response.
- Respond to questions and concerns from customers and stakeholders related to projects, including those regarding Beltscan.
- Participate in presentations and negotiations with potential customers, highlighting the benefits of Beltscan and other conveyor monitoring and control systems.
- Follow up and manage submitted proposals, including coordinating with internal teams to respond to requests for clarification or modification of the proposal.

**Qualifications**:

- French-English bilingualism
- An engineering degree is not mandatory, but it would be an asset to the position
- In-depth knowledge of industrial systems and standards, including Beltscan
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Strong skills in project coordination and organization
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Salary**: $51,973.90-$91,515.40 per year
