**We are seeking a dynamic and sales-oriented Clinic Manager to lead and inspire our MedSpa team.**

The Medical Esthetics industry is one of the fastest growing industries in Canada and Jack Nathan MedSpa is at the forefront. The Clinic Manager is primarily responsible for the overall operation of the clinic. Through effective leadership and management, the Clinic Manager ensures that the clients are serviced well, the team members are coached and developed, and key operational and service standards are maintained.

**FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Develops and executes a quarterly and annual business strategy focused on achieving financial goals, client acquisition and retention goals, and employee retention goals; Identifies and executes business development and marketing opportunities in local market that will help achieve financial/client goals.

2. Partners with Medical Practitioners to ensure medical staff is adhering to treatment standards and are fully executing the clinic’s programs.

3. Coaches and develops team members to ensure service principles and standards are effectively executed; Recognizes gaps in the clinic’s ability to meet client needs and coaches team members to take appropriate action.

4. Ensures Billing, Payments and Collections are monitored and actioned daily.

5. Resolves client concerns promptly; shares best practices regarding client retention and service with other clinics/managers to ensure consistency across all locations; always puts the client first and models service and care standards.

6. Fosters and maintains a positive relationship with clients to ensure retention and a high level of service

7. Analyzes and monitors Key Performance Indicators (new client enrollments, clinic profits, expenses, retention, etc.) to identify trends, opportunities, deficiencies; creates action plans to positively impact sales and profit.

8. Models the brand, values, and lifestyle and always maintains a professional image; sets high standards for self based upon competency model; builds an effective network within the company, across all clinics, and in the local market.

9. Ensures team members are engaged and morale is high within the clinic; recognizes team members for high performance; communicates information to all team members and conducts weekly team meetings.

10. Provides orientation and on-boarding for new team members and ensures each is fully trained on their role, responsibilities, success measures, personal goals, and the company values.

12. Ensures that monthly schedule is completed for all team members and payroll hours are entered accurately and on a timely basis.

13. Creates and implements new promotions/contest for both patients and staff to help drive business increase retention and increase both patient and staff morale.

14. Performs additional duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum of two years of management in a sales/health/fitness environment preferred
- Ability to work weekends and evenings when required by business needs
- Proven track record of meeting and achieving goals/targets

1. Clinic controllable net profit

2. Client outcomes/assessment results

3. Overall retention rate of clients (after 90 days)

4. Team member satisfaction scores

5. Labor Cost/Revenue Target/Cash Target
