FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops and executes a quarterly and annual business strategy focused on achieving financial goals, client acquisition and retention goals, and employee retention goals; Identifies and executes business development and marketing opportunities in local market that will help achieve financial/client goals.
  • Partners with Medical Practitioners to ensure medical staff is adhering to treatment standards and are fully executing the clinic's programs.
  • Coaches and develops team members to ensure service principles and standards are effectively executed; Recognizes gaps in the clinic's ability to meet client needs and coaches team members to take appropriate action.
  • Ensures Billing, Payments and Collections are monitored and actioned daily.
  • Resolves client concerns promptly; shares best practices regarding client retention and service with other clinics/managers to ensure consistency across all locations; always puts the client first and models service and care standards.
  • Fosters and maintains a positive relationship with clients to ensure retention and a high level of service
  • Analyzes and monitors Key Performance Indicators (new client enrollments, clinic profits, expenses, retention, etc.) to identify trends, opportunities, deficiencies; creates action plans to positively impact sales and profit.
  • Models the brand, values, and lifestyle and always maintains a professional image; sets high standards for self based upon competency model; builds an effective network within the company, across all clinics, and in the local market.
  • Ensures team members are engaged and morale is high within the clinic; recognizes team members for high performance; communicates information to all team members and conducts weekly team meetings.
  • Provides orientation and on-boarding for new team members and ensures each is fully trained on their role, responsibilities, success measures, personal goals, and the company values.
  • Ensures that monthly schedule is completed for all team members and payroll hours are entered accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Creates and implements new promotions/contest for both patients and staff to help drive business increase retention and increase both patient and staff morale.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

  • Minimum of two years of management in a sales/health/fitness environment preferred
