Adjoint(e) Administratif(ve) Le service à la clientèle constitue une composante fondamentale de nos activités. Nous sommes engagés à garantir un service exceptionnel dans chacun de nos rapports, avec chaque individu, chaque jour. Le poste d’adjoint(e) administratif(ve)est un poste clé à ce niveau. Nous sommes guidés par la réussite de tous les projets que nous menons. Nous sommes axés sur l’atteinte de nos objectifs, mais nous le faisons dans un milieu favorisant le travail d'équipe. Tâches administratives : - Assurer le dépôt quotidien à la Banque; recueillir les loyers mensuels, faire des copies de tous les chèques, les enregistrer sur une feuille de travail et les soumettre pour traitement;
- Support à la distribution des avis de loyers aux locataires;
- Établir les comptes de dépense de certains gestionnaires;
- Réserver les voyages de certains gestionnaires;
- Rédiger des courriels et des mémos internes aux locataires;
- Gérer le compte de dépôt de sûreté de la construction, assurer que tous les documents requis sont reçus avant de libérer le fonds;
- Recueillir, entrer, soumettre les ventes des locataires dans le programme informatique prévu à cet effet;
- Maintenir à jour différents documents de références;
- Autres tâches connexes. La réception de nos bureaux : - Accueillir les visiteurs et répondre aux appels entrants;
- Gérer les réservations de salle de réunion, des équipements et des besoins lors de ces réunions;
- Faire les commandes de fournitures de bureau et d'entretien du matériel de bureau;
- Assurer l’archivage et le classement des documents;
- Autres tâches connexes. Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devez : - Être au minimum titulaire d'un diplôme collégial en administration;
- Avoir un minimum de 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire;
- Doit avoir un niveau intermédiaire en français et en anglais tant à l'oral qu’à l'écrit;
- Maîtriser MS Office;
- Doit avoir d'excellentes aptitudes en communication;
- Doit être capable de gérer différentes priorités et être capable de gérer de multiples tâches à la fois;
- Être attentif aux détails, faire preuve de rigueur et de minutie;
- Doit être autonome et faire preuve de débrouillardise;
- Avoir un bon sens du jugement et apprendre rapidement.
