Office Administrator/customer Service

Job Overview:
**Duties**:
- Communicate effectively with staff, external partners, and customers
- Manage customer orders from initial order to booking installation/delivery
- Welcome customers, identify the purpose of their visit and help or direct appropriately on the telephone or in person
- Basic understanding of sales/bookkeeping
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems/updating of in-store samples
- Maintain office supplies
- Shipping and receiving of deliveries
- Completes other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or relevant role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google
- Previous experience in window coverings or design is preferred
- Strong customer service attitude and commitment to providing quality results
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills with a problem-solving attitude and ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma with focus on business administration
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
