Sales Representative/assistant Manager/ Interior

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the design team to stay updated on the latest trends and product offerings.
- Provide personalized design consultations to assist customers in selecting the perfect pieces for their homes.
- Showcase in-depth knowledge of our product range, including materials, finishes, and design concepts.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in high-end furniture sales or a related field is preferred.
- Passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Team player with a positive and customer-focused attitude
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Knowledge of retail management principles and practices
- Proficient in budgeting and financial analysis
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop sales staff
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience in sales management is a plus

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
