**Key Responsibilities**

Process and confirm new customer orders.

Maintain and update customer and vendor records, ensuring all interactions are logged accurately.

Reconciling invoices and assisting with some accounting duties.

Administrative support to AF1 team members with logistics and accounting.

**Your qualifications**

Excellent verbal and written English.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in customer service. Experience in a manufacturing or retail environment is an asset.

Comfort using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

A robust sense of humour.

**What we offer**

Full time (in person) days. Monday-Thursday 8:30-5:00. Friday 8:30-4:00
