We are looking for a strong Recruiter to lead our next round of growth. We are an aggressively growing company with defined plans to double staffing every 6 months. Your role will be to: Do strategic planning on HR requirements. Be part of a team that measures client satisfaction from the quality of our resources. Lead all aspects of recruitment, offer preparation and negotiation, reference and ROE validation, and onboarding (including office logistics) of talent to support our growth. Our next key hires are expected to be in Software Development and Sales. Develop and maintain job profiles and descriptions and organization charts Execute compensation/payroll administration and processing of payments (through 3rd party) for both salaried and hourly employees Lead employee communications related to all HR policies and activities Be part of a team that measures deliverables and productivity from resources. Take that feedback into account to acquire talent that works well within our culture.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $62,298.00-$73,212.00 per year
