We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Canadian team. Your primary task will be to assist with the day-to-day administrative aspects of running the office and will enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment. Together with customers, partners, and colleagues, we shape a future where people and societies grow and flourish. Your key responsibilities will be to:

- Provide administrative support like filing, typing, preparing reports, and circulating office mail, and perform receptionist services such as answering and routing telephone calls and greeting visitors
- Manage office supplies and invoicing
- Serve as the first point of contact for questions and information on onboarding, IT, health and safety, etc., and direct questions to appropriate sources
- Assist peers and departmental team members with overflow, special projects, and day-to-day tasks, and maintain a system to track items requiring follow-up and follow-through
- Exercise independent judgment, escalating serious or unique situations to higher levels
- Assist with additional office responsibilities, i.e. special office projects, social functions, etc., and assist in other administrative matters as required

- Be able to interact effectively with all levels of management within the organization
- Demonstrate a solid commitment to workplace professionalism and ethical conduct
- Preferably have access to reliable transportation for running errands (costs reimbursed)
