**What you will be doing as our Customer Success Manager**:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships in a set of assigned accounts that promote retention, adoption and loyalty with Delbridge Solutions. You will gather account knowledge and orchestrate capabilities across teams to ensure our customers receive maximum business value from their investment with us.
- Build and foster strong client relationships gaining credibility and trust across all levels including Senior Executives, Line of Business and IT.
- Understand clients' business and how technology could support, aid or add value to their business
- Expand Delbridge Solutions services and offerings to existing and new customers
- Maintain an active role supporting partners, within their ecosystem and platform
- Support and lead throughout client engagement process from discovery, proposal, delivery and post engagement
- Team player and can also thrive in self-managed and independent environments
- Support marketing efforts for customer references, presentations, events

**What you will bring to the team and Delbridge Solutions**:

- 3-5 years of experience in customer success or account management in a business to business environment. Preferences towards experience with an IT services firm
- Excellent written and oral communications skills; excellent presentation and emotional intelligence
- Previous customer-facing experience with stakeholder relationship management
- Understanding of IT, SaaS and enterprise solutions within a corporate environment
- Broad understanding of industry trends and directions.
- Self-motivated and able to effectively manage customer activities without
- Most importantly, growth mindset
