**Job description**
Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Overview:
We offer attractive incentive package with base salary.
We also offer cell phone, travel reimbursements and personal health care spending account for employees.
**Responsibilities**:
- Approach property management company to promote our EV, Solar & Energy storage services
- Approach developers to promote our EV, Solar & Energy storage services
- Hitting monthly goals for number of service partners developed, networked.
- Hitting monthly goals for number of service projects acquired.
- Maintain relationship with service partners to ensure AEC service is referred
**Qualifications**:
- Native / Fluent in English and a 2nd language (nice to have)
- Familiar with property management companies, worked in / with property management companies or have ties to property management companies.
- Familiar with house and Condo developers, worked in / with developer companies or have ties to developer companies.
- Access to or have your own vehicle as this position requires you to visit clients. You can also make calls to develop client as long as targets are met.
- Familiar with electric vehicles and solar systems
- Active social media user
**Salary**: $ 20 ~ $22 / hour (during probation period) + incentive bonus (details to be discussed)
