The enthusiasm and interest in cycling has skyrocketed in recent months, putting inevitable pressure on delivery times and various logistics strategies. That's why Rocky Mountain wants to add an extra player to its logistics team. Don't wait any longer, come and actively contribute to our strong growth so that our products end up in the hands of our customers as quickly as possible

**Here are the responsibilities related to the position that are waiting for you**
- Coordinate deliveries from our warehouses with our external local and international partners;
- Select the optimal mode of transport according to the specific needs of each order according to the destinations;
- Insure, confirm and track returns of B2B and B2C goods until their final receipt.
- Vigorous follow-up and great focus on the last mile of our multiple B2B and B2C deliveries.
- Proactive and dynamic management of road, sea and air carriers with freight forwarders to our warehouse and 3PL.
- Coordinate transport related to the logístical needs of the various internal and event departments;
- Connect information between the internal management system and 3PL warehouses and act as the primary point of contact.
- Validate the invoicing of carriers and external warehouses;
- Negotiate and coordinate various customs activities with brokers;
- Receive and analyze import documents from suppliers of finished products;
- Receive and analyze warehouse receipt documents;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the logistics department.
- Hold a DEC in logistics or administration or Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations and logistics options;
- Have relevant experience in the field of transportation;
- Focus on problem solving and customer satisfaction
- Have a very good analytical ability to select the right carrier according to the weight and volume of the delivery;
- Master the concepts of customs rates, harmony codes and country of origin;
- Be autonomous;
- Have ease of use of computer systems;
- Training in the transportation of dangerous goods will be considered an asset;
- Previous work with NAV software will be considered a major asset;
- Excellent language skills in French and English (speaking/writing).
