Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper

Our company is seeking an Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper to join our growing company on a part-time basis.

The responsibilities will include:

- Accounts Payable - Date entry, Monitor account, Pay vendors.
- Accounts Receivable - Billing, Collections
- Month End Transactions Journal Entry
- GST and WorkSafe BC- reports, payments
- Payroll timesheet and EFT
- Bank Account Reconciliation
- Credit Card Reconciliation
- Employees Expense Reports
- EFT payments
- Year End preparation

Qualifications and Skills
- 3+ years of experience of full cycle of accounting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel.
- Excellent English skills - oral and written. Interpersonal skills and good personality
- Experience with accounting software
- Ability to work independent
