Accounting Clerk (accounts receivable and accounts payable)
Join our dynamic team We are a medium-sized company seeking a skilled Accounting Clerk to manage both _Accounts Receivable_ and _Accounts Payable_ functions. If you have a Bachelor's degree in accounting and at least 3 years of relevant experience, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
Qualification and experience:
1. Accounts Receivable:
Prepare and issue customer invoices
Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables.
Process incoming payments and reconcile accounts.
2. Accounts Payable:
Review and verify invoices and expense reports.
Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.
Maintain vendor relationships and address inquiries.
3. General Accounting:
Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Generate financial reports for management review.
**Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting roles.
Skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- SalesForce experience will be an asset.
- Strong reconciliation skills
How to Apply
**Salary**: $57,500.00-$65,000.00 per year
