**The Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive to join our Vendor sales team. As a key player in expanding our client base, you will sell our proprietary SaaS to commercial vendors who service commercial, retail, industrial, and residential property management firms. You will create and foster relationships with clients, conduct sales demos, manage your pipeline, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our service and deliver the most value to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct Sales demos to educate prospective clients on the value of our platform.
- Manage relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Take clients through our sales cycle from cold to close.
- Manage your pipeline to ensure we stay organized and on track with our team targets.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or tech.
- Experience in high-volume cold calling with strong verbal skills.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline using CRMs.
- Performance-driven and highly motivated to succeed in meeting targets.
- Highly energetic and outgoing.
- Proven track record of success in transactional sales.

Bonus if you have:

- Salesforce Experience
- Experience in real estate and vendor procurement
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
