**Quelles seront vos tâches**

**Offrir une expérience exceptionnelle à la clientèle et à la collectivité**
- Planifier et tenir des événements exceptionnels dans le cadre d’initiatives clés, notamment des événements liés aux commandites et des événements à l’intention de la clientèle, et s’occuper de la gestion des billets.
- Rédiger des documents de communication pour tous les événements, comme des chemins critiques, des plans et comptes rendus d’événements, des invitations, des rappels par courriel et des articles de suivi.
- Collaborer avec divers partenaires et équipes de direction à l’interne pour s’assurer que les activités dans la collectivité respectent l’image de marque et que les marchés locaux ont accès à toutes les ressources nécessaires de RBC.
- Gérer les communications de base et assurer des réponses rapides aux demandes de renseignements des parties prenantes internes et externes concernant les dons, les commandites et les activités de mobilisation dans la collectivité.

**Favoriser une Expérience employé exceptionnelle.**
- Apporter son aide dans le cadre des activités de mobilisation et de bénévolat des employés, en s’occupant notamment des communications et de la promotion, et agir comme premier point de contact pour toutes les demandes de renseignements concernant les événements à l’intention de la clientèle.
- Appuyer les activités en faveur de la diversité et de l’inclusion dans la région, notamment en apportant un soutien aux groupes-ressources d’employés, s’il y a lieu.

**Protéger et rehausser la marque RBC.**
- Surveiller l’utilisation du logo de RBC et la reconnaissance de la Banque concernant les besoins en matière de communication.
- Aider à traiter les demandes ponctuelles de ressources marketing provenant du réseau de succursales et approuver toutes les publicités prêtes à utiliser demandées par l’intermédiaire de la Centrale de commercialisation.

**Assurer une gestion rigoureuse des coûts et des priorités selon le rendement du capital investi.**
- Gérer le budget courant alloué aux événements, y compris le paiement et le suivi des factures, les enquêtes liées aux comptes fournisseurs et la communication d’information.
- Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs afin d’assurer le maintien de leur responsabilité à l’égard des budgets, ainsi que la qualité et la régularité de leurs services et de leur production.
- Offrir un soutien direct au directeur général régional, Marketing et citoyenneté, quant aux projets et aux programmes stratégiques hautement prioritaires.

**Ce dont vous avez besoin pour réussir**
- Au moins trois ans d’expérience en gestion événementielle, en particulier dans la planification d’événements d’entreprise comme les événements à l’intention des employés et des dirigeants, les commandites et les communications connexes
- Expérience éprouvée dans la planification événementielle, les négociations et les communications aux employés
- Connaissance du réseau d’affaires du Québec, un atout certain
- Excellentes aptitudes pour les relations interpersonnelles et la communication verbale et écrite en français
- Capacité de travailler efficacement sous pression, d’établir les priorités et d’organiser sa charge de travail (essentiel)
