**Responsibilities**:

- Attending to corporate filings with the Saskatchewan Corporate Registry and Corporations Canada
- Preparing documents with respect to incorporations/organizations, name changes, amalgamations, dissolutions, restorals, revivals, re-organizations, various article amendments, continuances, and other transaction related documents
- Preparing and filing documents for partnerships, limited partnerships, business names and coordinating extra-provincial registrations across Canada
- Preparing documents to change the registered office, issue and transfer shares, appoint and remove directors and officers, document dividends, share redemptions and other corporate resolutions
- Drafting customized resolutions and any related documentation and conduct on-line filings for complex transactions, often on a time sensitive basis Conducting minute book reviews and preparing documents to correct minute book deficiencies
- Conducting and reviewing corporate searches
- Responding to daily inquiries from counsel and clients and handle day-to-day corporate matters
- Updating and maintain corporate records and minute books and ensure documents comply with the applicable legislation and are entered into the database
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate of a recognized paralegal program (equivalencies will be considered)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a paralegal in a corporate environment
- Knowledge of corporate law and basic accounting principles required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including proofreading, spelling, and grammar skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple deadlines, complete tasks under time constraints, and working independently
- Ability to follow instructions with mínimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced, professional team environment
- A client-focused approach and commitment to providing exceptional service to internal and external clients; customer service and communication skills are an asset
- Advanced computer skills including in Word, Excel, Outlook and document management software; proficient with ALF database or equivalent is an asset
