**About the role**:
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in bridging our Marketing and Merchandising teams. Your primary responsibility will be to spearhead marketing campaigns for a diverse range of products, focusing on both our Calendar Club Store and our website. A key aspect of your role will involve maintaining the integrity of our brand across all initiatives, communications, and channels. You'll devise strategies to enhance our brand's market presence and adjust public perceptions as needed working closely with content writer, graphic designer and marketing & merchandising team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage campaigns and marketing calendar: Create and oversee a marketing calendar and campaigns throughout the year.
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend across various platforms and tools to maximize ROI.
- Formulate strategies to boost website traffic, sales, and customer engagement, leveraging data-driven insights to foster brand loyalty.
- Analysis & evaluation of eCommerce strategies, products, and services to identify improvement areas.
- Develop strategies and manage products & campaigns across print and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and build credibility of our brand.
- Establish systems and standards for new product listings, content creation, maintenance, and distribution across digital and print mediums; manage the content creator and graphics works required.
- Work closely with store operators and the sales team to coordinate in-store marketing efforts and materials.
- Conduct thorough analyses of sales, markdowns, and vendor performance to guide future strategies.
- Conduct historical analyses to support seasonal plans/estimates, including analyses of sell-through, markdowns, vendor performance, etc., and analytically surface patterns as future performance indicators.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- A Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Over 7 years of marketing experience, ideally in retail or with a marketing agency in the Canadian market.
- Proven ability in project management and strategy execution.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with analytics tools and data interpretation.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for driving results and continuous improvement.
