Sales Development Representative

**Kapital **is seeking an ambitious, motivated, self-starter who is passionate about sales and working in tech. We’re growing and currently looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team, spread our brand message and attract new B2B customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Generate leads through highly targeted outbound prospecting
- Research and learn about prospects
- Cold calling and multi-touch sales activity
- Articulate Kapital’s product and service value propositions
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing and Business Development teams to drive pipeline growth
- Maintain contact lists and CRM
- Prepare weekly sales reports for management
- Contribute to the development of innovative sales strategies
- Other tasks, as needed, to generate new business
**We are excited about you if you have**:
- 1+ years inside sales experience, bonus if it’s B2B sales experience in payments or fintech
- Proven track record with new account development
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and quotas
- Capacity to adapt to changing environments
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment and professionalism
- Drive to learn and continually develop oneself

**Responsabilités**
- Repérez et identifiez des clients potentiels en utilisant une démarche commerciale sortante ciblée
- Rechercher et accroître vos connaissances concernant des perspectives de vente
- Démarchage téléphonique et prospection de vente ‘‘multitouch’’
- Promotion du produit de Kapital Solutions et propositions de valeur de services
- Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes de ventes, de marketing et de développement commercial afin de promouvoir à la croissance du pipeline des ventes
- Répondre aux attentes convenues en matière d’indicateurs et d'activités (appels et courriels)
- Maintenir les listes de contacts et le CRM
- Préparer des rapports de ventes hebdomadaires pour la direction
- Contribuer au développement de stratégies de ventes innovantes
- Autres tâches, au besoin, pour générer de nouvelles occasions d’affaires
**Exigences**
- Au moins un an d'expérience en vente, un atout s'il s'agit d'une expérience en vente “B2B” dans le domaine des paiements ou de la fintech
- Expérience avérée en matière de développement de nouveaux comptes
- Maîtrise d'Excel, Word et PowerPoint
- Connaissance étendue des plateformes CRM
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale
- Capacité à respecter les délais et les quotas
- Capacité à s’adapter à des environnements en mutation
- Capacité à établir des relations avec les clients
- Haut niveau d'énergie, de dynamisme, d'enthousiasme, d'initiative, d'engagement et de professionnalisme
- Volonté d'apprendre et de se développer continuellement
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
