**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**: Identify, target, and engage potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and industry associations.
- **Lead Generation**: Generate and manage a steady pipeline of leads, converting them into qualified prospects.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
- **Proposal Creation**: Develop persuasive proposals that outline project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing, showcasing our expertise and capabilities.
- **Contract Negotiation**: Collaborate with legal teams to draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to refine sales and marketing strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the design and development teams to ensure proposals align with technical feasibility and project delivery capabilities.
- **Presentation Skills**: Effectively communicate our services and value proposition to clients through presentations, pitches, and meetings.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the web design and development industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for creating persuasive proposals and client interactions.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Experience in managing and nurturing client relationships.
- Familiarity with web design and development concepts and technologies is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
