About Our Client

Our client, a high-end interior finishes company in the A&D industry is seeking an Channel Sales & Marketing Manager focused on project management, brand expansion, and marketing to join their team. The role will focus on the GTA area and requires someone who has worked with luxury-level finishes within the last three years.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales and marketing strategy to drive the placement of new showrooms across Ontario and beyond.
Identify and pursue strategic opportunities for showroom expansion, including market research, competitor analysis, and partnership development.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and operational objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, suppliers, and industry influencers.
Lead the recruitment, training, and management of showroom staff, ensuring a high level of expertise and customer service.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions to drive showroom traffic and generate leads.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the Khayeri brand.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of showrooms and sales channels, implementing corrective actions as needed to achieve targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven track record of success in channel sales and marketing, preferably within the interior finishes or product sales industry.
Demonstrated experience in opening and growing new showrooms or branches, with a strong understanding of the operational and logistical challenges involved.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and achieving targets.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Willingness to travel as needed to support showroom expansion efforts.
