**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead a cross-functional team to develop a strategic vision and roadmap to grow the cash franchise in our target distribution channels Product management:

- Continually enhance and improve cash products by gathering feedback from clients, our internal stakeholders sales team, national accounts lead, portfolio managers, and others.
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy, leveraging customer data and market insights for advisors, DIY investors, and any other key distribution channels.
- Develop and execute improvement plans for underperforming products, and provide feedback on areas where we have an opportunity to enhance our product lineup.

2. Lead efforts to provide Purpose Unreasonable Service Plan for our clients.
3. Work closely with the Customer Experience team to develop marketing collateral and sales support materials (e.g., commentaries, websites, brochures, videos, blogs, etc.)
**4. New product development**:

- Lead a cross-functional set of teams to create a roadmap for the cash franchise.
- Follow the Canadian and global asset management and wealth industries to keep up with trends and new product launches to help inform our strategy and new product pipeline.
- Spend time with our clients to better understand the key challenges they face and how we can help them solve those challenges with creative and innovative solutions.
- Spend time with, and gather ongoing feedback from, financial advisors and our other clients on what they like and do not like about the products, and what new products they would benefit from.

5. Train and educate key internal teams (sales teams, portfolio management, and marketing) on products, and communicate any changes to our lineup.
6. Ensure our products meet all legal and regulatory requirements, including prospectus renewals, MRFPs, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of total professional experience, of which 5+ years involved performing many of the above functions at an asset management firm or another entrepreneurial setting
- Degree in Business, Math, or Engineering and/or MBA.
- CFA designation and a quant background are considered an asset.
- Experience with Cash (Money Market, High-Interest Savings, Cash Management). Requires strong leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must demonstrate independent time management, strategic thinking, organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities while solving complex problems.
