**Mississauga Office - Monday to Friday (Day Shift) - Salary based on exp: 55-65K**

The Bilingual (English/French) Order Management Specialist is key in the operations cycle and as such we are hiring experienced Supply Chain or Customer Service professionals who meet the following profile:

- Coordinate the full cycle of Order Management process.
- Ensure a high degree of accuracy and detail meeting customer specifications per order.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Team, sourcing product availability, ensuring timely transfers and shipping all order with 100% fill rate meeting required timelines.
- Actively participate with interdepartmental activities and project coordination for new releases, phase-out products and replacements.
- Run various reports using tools and excel spreadsheets, coordinate distribution to management and address pro-actively any issues that can impact TOD dates.

MUST HAVES:

- Possess Canadian Citizenship or PR.
- **Completed University Degree** ( In any discipline) This opportunity is open to new graduates with a degree in biology, health sciences or sports medicine)
- Required to be fully **bilingual in both English & French** with excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $57,490.00-$65,840.00 per year
