**Position Summary**

The Benefits and Onboarding Specialist is responsible for administration of the benefits programs and the onboarding process for our Canadian dealerships. While no two days will be same, below are some tasks you will be undertaking.

**Benefits**
- Administration of the benefits programs for Canada which includes enrolling new employees in the plan, maintaining provider(s) database with changes and terminations, respond to employee questions and reconcile any issues they may have and promote the benefits program
- Administration of the short
- and long-term disability plans, including preparing of paperwork, maintaining file, and communication with employee/manager/SR. HR Specialist
- Administration of the RRSP Program, which includes enrolling new employees and updating for terminations. Answer employee questions and promote the program throughout the year such as communications, meetings with provider and one-on-one meetings with broker.
- Administration of the EAP program, including website administration for new hires/termination, promote the program to employees and pay the invoice

**Onboarding**
- Registers all new hires on Dayforce after offer letter signed
- Follow up for missing Dayforce policies so that all are completed
- Creates training schedule for new hires
- Delivers Welcome to Liftow presentation
- Delivers HR department related training such as Dayforce and benefits/RRSP basics
- Administer the policy review and signatures required
- Administer the Stay Interview process in CultureAmp

**Other**
- Administration of the Years of Service Award program
- HR related reports as required

**Qualifications**

**Education & Work Experience**

This position requires post-secondary education with a minimum of two (s) years related work experience within Human Resources.

**Competencies and Skills**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong problem solving, planning and project management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Fully Bilingual English and French
- Advanced computer skills in Excel, Word etc.
- Customer service oriented and a team player
- Organizational skills with the ability to deal with multiple and conflicting demands

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
