The Order Management Specialist for Cytiva is responsible for handling orders through the entire journey - from the time the order is received all the way through shipment and beyond The person in this role will w ork directly with our customers as well as sales (i.e new order / inquiries on orders) and must be able to communicate effectively, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize to improve efficiency.

This position is part of our remote Customer Service team and will be based in Canada. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you'll do:

  • Act as a focal point for our customers via email/phone, review and understand purchase orders (POs), proposals and sales agreements. Provide customer-related reports to leadership, sales and our customers as needed.
  • Respond to and/or research customer concerns/inquiries, problem solve through an investigative approach and provide creative solutions in various situations.
  • Execute tasks assigned on time and to the highest quality standard; you will collaborate with your teammates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets - we Win as a Team and share responsibilities Who you are:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of related work experience including but not limited to; data entry skills ( MS Office) to quickly and accurately review and input data with the ability to work well under pressure and effectively manage priorities
  • Bilingual in English/French (written / verbal)
  • Demonstrated ERP and customer relationship proficiency, i.e Oracle, Salesforce experience It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent communication skills and professional attitude
  • Strong ability to follow and adhere to procedural guidelines; aptitude for interpreting customer inquiries/problems At Cytiva we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce. The salary range for this role is $67,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and retirement benefits.
