- Answering phones and calling customers back
- Providing customers with updates on their service
- Scheduling appointments
- Checking in with customers after their appointment (follow-up phone calls)
**Job Summary**
- Writing repair orders
- Collecting customers information / unit information
- Logging the process of a repair
- Communicating with parts staff and technicians
**Company Profile**
GA Checkpoint is Vancouver’s largest dealer of Yamaha powersports and marine products. We’ve been serving our loyal customers since 1974. We sell and service all Yamaha motorcycles, ATV's, Power products, Sport Boats, Wave runners & Outboards.
**Full time** - Tuesday to Saturday 9am - 5:30pm
