Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong safety culture and adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Lead responses to requests for proposals, expressions of interest, and statements of qualifications.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to produce high-quality, RFP-compliant submissions.
  • Develop and manage the pursuit delivery schedule.
  • Ensure document control and maintain project files throughout the RFP process.
  • Produce documents in MS Office Suite or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Assist proposal writing for major pursuits, collaborating with estimators, technical writers, and external business partners.
  • Lead formal reviews and compliance reviews on major pursuits.
  • Coordinate debrief meetings and gather client feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Lead the strategy and preparation of presentation and interview materials.
  • Support the maintenance of marketing information.
  • Monitor bid opportunities and provide customer service as the single point of contact.

  • Bachelor's degree or post-secondary diploma in Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of related experience with proposals and the RFP process.
  • Demonstrates strong communication abilities.

  • Eligible to be registered as a Professional Engineer in B.C., Alberta, or Ontario.
  • Experience in the construction industry, preferably in pipeline construction, utility, and civil infrastructure.
